Tyler’s story
In Year 12, Tyler had to leave school and home. For a time, he was homeless and believed his chance at education was gone.
“I literally just thought that once you mess up… it’s over.”
Everything changed when he discovered the Tertiary Foundation Certificate. He enrolled, worked tirelessly, and succeeded.
Without family support, even basic costs were a struggle. A scholarship eased that burden - helping him catch up on lost learning and stay focused.
Now in his first year, achieving A grades, Tyler’s dream of becoming a doctor is back within reach.
